Heads up: The CLARITY Act is not law. Statuses are rules-based estimates from public evidence, not legal or financial advice.

FAQ

Is this legal advice?

No. ClarityCheck summarizes public evidence and applies transparent rules to estimate a token's likely status. Only regulators and courts decide a token's legal status, and the CLARITY Act isn't law yet.

Do you need my private keys?

Never. The wallet scan only reads balances for a public address (Ethereum, Bitcoin or Solana) from public blockchain data services. We don't store the address. Never paste a seed phrase or private key into any site.

What happens if the Act never passes?

We'll keep tracking whatever framework applies, including SEC/CFTC guidance and the GENIUS Act for stablecoins. Pro can be canceled any time.

Can I use it outside the US?

Yes. The status focus is US law, which shapes what US platforms can list. That matters to global holders too.
